Where: 143 Newark Avenue
Better Days JC is a new restaurant and bar located in the former Bareburger space. The eatery, operated by the team behind 143 Social, opened this past week.

Where: 351 Palisade Avenue
The Alps JC is a new wine bar located at 351 Palisade Avenue. It’s operated by the team behind Riverview Wine and Pet Shop JC.

What: Zeppelin Hall Bacon Fest
When: through March 3
Where: 88 Liberty View Drive
Bacon Fest has been extended through Sunday, March 3. Head to the beer hall to order from various different bacon entrees like bacon mac & cheese, a bacon Nashville chicken sandwich, and more.

What: Jack Breslin Residency at Fox & Crow
When: Thursday, February 29 from 8pm to 10pm
Where: 594 Palisade Avenue
Raised in Massachusetts, but currently residing in Jersey City, Jack Breslin will bring a night of jazz to Fox & Crow. Admission is $10/pp.

What: Nolan Llunsford at Fox & Crow
When: Friday, March 1 from 9pm to 11pm
Where: 594 Palisade Avenue
Jersey City local Nolan Lunsford will play a night of classic country music with the sweet pedal steel sounds of New York’s very own James Wyatt Woodall. They will cover some of the greatest country tunes ever recorded as well as new original music. Admission is $10/pp.

Created by the Jersey City Restaurant Association, JC Restaurant Fest includes deals at a wide variety of Jersey City eateries including Amelia’s Bistro, Cafe Alyce, La Bodega, The Franklin, and more.

What: JC Wine Fest 2024 at Harborside
When: Saturday, March 2 at 1pm and 6pm
Where: 1 Audrey Zapp Drive
The Jersey City Wine Fest will be held at Harborside Atrium this Saturday with passes available for 1pm or 6pm. Sample wines from Argentina, Chile, Australia, Italy, Spain, and more. Tickets to the Jersey City Wine Fest are $70/pp.

What: Rugburn at Fox & Crow
When: Saturday, March 2 from 8pm to 10pm
Where: 594 Palisade Avenue
Rugburn is a high-energy funk/rock group from New Brunswick, NJ. The band is composed of four jazz performance graduates from Rutgers University, which includes Carter Vames on sax and synth, Josh Siegel on guitar, Ian Young on bass, and Jem Seidel on drums. Admission is $10/pp.
